DMC’s Remote Access Support solution offers a quick and easy response to remote industrial engineering needs. While travel restrictions are limiting onsite access, DMC continues to support factories, machine builders, and test stand locations remotely.
We’ve developed an off-the-shelf box of tools allowing us to quickly connect to your system without the need for onsite travel. This solution enables our experts to remotely work with your onsite team to commission, troubleshoot, or debug your system with ease.
How it Works
DMC will ship you a box containing our remote support toolkit as quickly as overnight. We’ll work with your onsite team to connect to your system using a hardware connection or a cell modem and support you remotely.
Our flexible toolkits can connect to different network architectures and a variety of PLCs. Our out-of-the-box toolkit contains everything needed to remotely support you, including:
- USB serial adapter
- USB webcam
- USB mouse
- Power splitter
- Serial cable
- Power cable
- 50 ft. ethernet cable
- 15 ft. ethernet cable
