SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) is a Software Assurance (SA) benefit offered by Microsoft. This program matches eligible Microsoft customers with an SDPS-certified Partner who will guide them through a highly effective planning process to upgrade, migrate, or implement their first SharePoint and/or Office 365 solution. Even if your organization does not qualify for the SDPS program, DMC can lead your organization through the same process as part of an engagement that is not subsidized by Microsoft.

Using clearly defined business and technical guidance, the SDPS program provides best practices and defined results in 1, 3, 5, 10 or 15-day deployment planning sessions. The services and engagement length are determined by your Microsoft SA benefit level and are provided to qualifying customers at no additional cost. Microsoft pays DMC directly for your engagement.
