Every January, the team in each of our offices gathers to celebrate the accomplishments of the previous year with a holiday party. All year, team members look forward to getting dressed up, reflecting on all their hard work together, and spending time with colleagues they don't always work with. It's one of our favorite DMC traditions!
This year was no exception. From the opening of our Seattle office, to announcing our next location in Dallas, and hiring a record number of employees, there was plenty to commemorate.
See how we celebrated in each of our DMC office locations!
DMC Boston
DMC Boston started the night celebrating 2018 at Committee, a trendy spot for Greek-Mediterranean eats and tiki cocktails. With dinner served buffet-style and drinks on demand, everyone chatted away in a cozy corner of the restaurant.
After a few hours of delicious food and drink, everyone headed to Lucky Strike, an entertainment center with games, pool, bowling, and of course, more food and drinks. With some guests going head to head at arcade games and pool and others eating more great food, we all relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere on that Saturday night. - Karen Hsu
DMC Denver
For our holiday party, DMC Denver went to the Denver Chophouse for a fancy evening of friendship, drinks, and beef. The discussion ranged from more serious topics, like the growth of the DMC Denver office, to a little less serious, such as who had unlocked the most in the new Super Smash Bros game.
We followed up dinner with a trip to Seven Grand, a whiskey bar across the street from our office, and enjoyed their signature old fashioned. - Kevin Best

DMC Houston
DMC Houston put a twist on the usual dinner and drinks with an ”80s Prom Night Murder Mystery” dinner party at Pass and Provisions, a well-known, fine-dining restaurant in Houston.
Everyone came dressed for the occasion. From mullets to mustaches, they all fully embraced their '80s Prom Night themed party.
Dinner was served family style, with a wide variety of options and lots of delicious drinks, including popular cocktails renamed to go along with the '80s theme.
The night came to an exciting conclusion when it was revealed that Elizabeth Goodnight was the murderess! The fun continued with an after-party at a nearby Karaoke bar where the gang sang the night away.
DMC New York
DMC New York celebrated our holiday party in style at Beauty & Essex, a trendy restaurant on the Lower East Side of Manhattan known for having an entrance disguised as a pawn shop and deliciously unique cocktails. We enjoyed a family-style dinner with favorite dishes such as grilled cheese & tomato soup dumplings, filet mignon, and mini doughnuts.
A hot topic of conversation was the jewelry vault, complete with security cameras and what was determined to be a decoy combination lock, located at the end of our private table.
After filling up on mini-doughnuts for dessert, we all braved the rain and headed to the nearby Cherry Tavern, one of the office's favorite dive bars. We enjoyed more drinks and some games of pool until the night ended. - Christina Keefe
DMC Seattle
Our Seattle Office had a great time at Seattle Glassblowing Studio making creative glass artwork. We each made a custom piece that we were able to take home!
We also enjoyed some delicious sandwiches from Mean Sandwich. The evening was, of course, wouldn’t have been complete without espresso martinis and amaretto sours to enjoy for the evening.
DMC St. Louis
The St. Louis team celebrated the new year with a private dinner in the Wine Loft at Vin De Set. Food, drinks and good company abided at this French bistro in Lafayette Square.
Even though there was crazy weather in St. Louis that night, the team managed to conquer it and enjoy a great time with each other.
DMC Chicago
The Chicago office had a rocking holiday party celebrating 2018’s accomplishments at the House of Blues. Our employees and their guests grabbed cocktails from the bar and bites from the extensive buffet. We enjoyed the lovely art collection found throughout the House of Blues while mingling with fellow DMCers.
Dueling pianos played songs by request, while we jammed with our colleagues in our "Rock ‘n’ Roll formal" attire. After the House of Blues, we headed over to Bar Louie for more drinks, music, and fun!
Thanks to everyone at DMC for your hard work in the past year and to our clients and partners for your continued support. Here's to another great year ahead!
