It doesn’t seem like it was six months ago that DMC Denver set up its roots in the great state of Colorado, but somehow half of a year has passed us by! We mirrored our Chicago and Boston counterparts in celebrating this past year of success by throwing a post-holiday Holiday Party with the whole Denver team.
We hosted our first annual DMC Denver Holiday Party at Guard and Grace, a steakhouse in the heart of LoDo (Lower Downtown). The bartender’s old fashioned was the best I’ve had in Denver yet, and the food was absolutely delectable. From truffle oil gnocchi to steak and bourbon bread pudding for dessert, even the few vegetarians (me included) in the group were satisfied with their meals.
We spent the night reminiscing about fun times we’ve had in Denver, like when the guys took me out skiing for the first time and I spent the majority of the time tipping myself over out of fear of going careening over the edge of a mountain. We also projected for the new year our plans for expansion and office improvements, and shared in our excitement about bringing on two new employees: Tim and Tyler!
We’ve gotten off to a great start here in Mile High City and we can’t wait to keep pushing forward, building relationships and growing DMC in Denver.
