My First Two Weeks at DMC

It’s almost as if I was put into a rocket and shot off into space… at least that's what it has felt like so far during my first two weeks at DMC. 

In my previous job, where I worked for 9+ years, I thought that I knew everything there was to know in this always-changing I.T. field. That is up until I found this amazing opportunity to work with fast-paced and brilliant individuals to jump-start my brain into the next chapter of my career.  

This job hasn't been a case of "learning something new every day;" instead, it’s involved learning multiple new things every day. After my first week, I felt like I'd been here for two months! Every day is a new and engaging challenge, and I believe I've settled into a perfect opportunity.   

One goal of mine is learning SharePoint, CRM and Office 365 to the point of deploying them from scratch. From the backend of each piece to other hardware and software that we use at DMC, there is definitely a lot to cover.  

I'm looking forward to all of the work that is in store for me and, of course, all of the fun events that DMC participates in (including my upcoming Welcome Party!).
