Wouldn't It Be Cool If?...
Although some engineers might want to think otherwise, the employees at DMC are not robots. We are humans and humans thrive on variety. Unlike robots, humans can’t work continuously for eight hours and produce the same results because we get tired and most of us get bored after thinking about the same thing for more than two hours. Wouldn’t it be cool if what some people call distractions, we called productivity boosters?
Wouldn't it be cool if you could play ping pong or basketball between meetings?
Wouldn't it be cool if you could take a break from working and go hang out on a roof deck?
Wouldn't it be cool if your office had a fully stocked kitchen and a gym to help you burn off all the snacks you ate?
Wouldn't it be cool if you could "ice" your manager?
Wouldn't it be cool if your coworkers made a photo collage telling you that they miss you?
Wouldn't it be cool if you could bring your dog to work?
Wouldn’t it be cool if your work was more than a place where you spend a third of your life?
Yes. It would be very cool.
