Nick is a member of DMC’s automation team. He is a skilled PLC programmer, experienced with a variety of manufacturers including Beckhoff, Siemens, Rockwell, and Automation Direct. Nick is also proficient in Ignition, Beckhoff, Siemens, ICONICS, and Aveva Edge SCADA and HMI technologies. He has completed projects in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, food & beverages, metalworking, environmental services, and transportation.
Nick graduated with highest distinction from Purdue University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Electrical/Computer Engineering and Spanish. While at Purdue, he completed several internships with Northrop Grumman and Textron Unmanned Systems and published a paper on additive manufacturing as a research assistant. Nick's interests include, first and foremost, playing and writing music (or at least attempting to). He also enjoys creating knick knacks with a 3D printer and pretending like he's still as good at video games as he was when he was a teenager.
