Cutter graduated from North Carolina State University with B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy. He is highly experienced in full stack application development, coding in Java, Python, and C, and has experience building multiple machine learning programs. He has also worked to develop software for a proprietary heart surgery procedure. In his free time, Cutter enjoys playing board and tabletop games, watching N.C. State athletics, and cooking.
